Solidification Course 2026
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
Data Controller
The Data Controller is Ecotre Valente, which processes personal data in connection with the organization and management of the Solidification Course 2026.
Purposes of Processing
Personal data provided through the registration form are processed for the following purposes:
- management of registration and participation in the Solidification Course 2026;
- organizational, educational, and operational communications related to the course;
- issuance of participation certificates;
- fulfillment of administrative and organizational obligations related to the course.
Legal Basis
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Data Recipients and International Transfers
Personal data may be shared with instructors, collaborators, and service providers involved in the organization and delivery of the course.
For participants residing outside the European Union, personal data may be transferred to third countries exclusively for course-related organizational purposes, in compliance with Articles 44–49 of the GDPR and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Data Retention
Personal data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes related to the course and to comply with applicable legal obligations. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
Data Subject Rights
Data subjects may exercise the rights provided for under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, by contacting the Data Controller at:
